Ministry Residency

Called to Ministry?

A two-year immersive residency designed to equip and develop leaders called to vocational ministry and Kingdom advancement.

Ministry Residency

learn to serve the local church by serving in the local church.

The Ministry Residency is built around a simple conviction: ministry is best learned in the local church. Over two years, you'll serve in real ministry contexts, learn from experienced leaders, and grow in the character, wisdom, and skills needed for long-term ministry.

This isn't an internship. It's a formation experience designed to develop the whole minister from the inside out.

The residency prepares leaders for roles including:

  • • Church planting
  • • Pastoral ministry
  • • Worship leading
  • • Missions
  • • Disciple-making

THREE
REASONS
to Consider the Residency

Residency community

Cohort Learning

You won't go through this alone. Residents learn alongside a cohort of peers who are asking the same big questions, navigating the same growing edges, and are committed to the same calling. The relationships you build here will shape your ministry for decades.

Mentored Supervision

Every resident is paired with a supervising minister who provides consistent guidance, feedback, and support throughout the two-year experience. You'll be leading, learning, and growing in real time, with someone experienced walking alongside you.

Experiential Ministry

Ministry is learned in community. Residents are placed in track-specific ministry contexts within the local church, giving them direct, hands-on experience in their area of calling.

Application Information

Applications for the 2027–2029 Ministry Residency open November 1, 2026, and close March 1, 2027.
