Strengthen Your Church
Multiply Your Impact

Brentwood Baptist Leadership partners with churches to build healthy leaders, strengthen congregations, and reach communities with the Gospel.

HEALTHY CHURCHES MULTIPLY

Healthy leaders lead to healthy culture.
Healthy culture leads to healthy churches.
Healthy churches lead to healthy harvest.

We believe that. And we've had the privilege of watching it happen, in small towns and growing cities, in church plants and congregations that almost didn't make it. God is doing something in Middle Tennessee and beyond, and we want to be part of it.

Not out front. Alongside. If you're a pastor or church leader who wants a partner for the journey, we'd love to join you in what God is already doing.

Who We Partner With

Through the Brentwood Baptist Leadership Partners network, we walk with churches at every stage, locally, nationally, and globally, helping each congregation become the healthiest version of what God has called it to be.

Planting

New churches and pre-launch starts sensing a call to a specific community. We'll help you build the foundations you need from the beginning.

Renewing

Established congregations navigating a difficult season or transition. We'll help you rediscover your purpose, assess your health, and chart a new path forward.

Strengthening

Healthy churches ready to go deeper and reach further. We'll walk alongside you as you grow your capacity to make disciples and multiply your impact.

How Partnership Works

Partnership starts with a conversation, not a form. Over time, we'll walk with you through a proven process of assessment, strategy, and growth, helping your congregation move from where it is to where God is calling it to be.

Learn About the Partnership Process

Our Partners

We're on a journey toward 100 healthy, multiplying churches. Every dot on this map represents a congregation we're walking alongside, and there's room for more.

Meet a Partner: The Rising Church, Donelson

A few years ago, The Rising Church was down to 20 people and wondering if anyone in their community would even notice if they closed their doors. Today, they're baptizing new believers, welcoming people of every generation, and becoming one family, united around a shared vision to see people raised to life through Christ.

Our Network Partners

We don't do this alone. Brentwood Baptist Leadership works alongside a network of trusted organizations committed to the same mission: healthy churches, multiplying for the Gospel, from Middle Tennessee to the ends of the earth.
