We Exist to Fuel
a Movement

Equipping leaders and strengthening churches for greater Kingdom impact.

Our Mission

To engage the whole person with the whole gospel of Jesus Christ, anywhere, anytime, with anybody.

Everything Brentwood Baptist Leadership does flows from that conviction. We believe the most effective way to fulfill that mission is through supporting healthy leaders and healthy churches.

So we build them, develop them, and release them for the work God has called them to do.

Our Vision

We're fueling a disciple-making and church multiplication movement in Middle Tennessee and beyond. A movement that shares the gospel with millions, engages community needs by the thousands, and builds a network of 100 healthy churches.

Our Approach

We believe healthy leaders lead to healthy culture. Healthy culture leads to healthy churches. Healthy churches lead to healthy harvest.

That's the thread running through everything we do. No matter the context, our conviction remains the same: formation matters, relationships matter, and no one does this alone.

Our approach is built around three commitments:

Equip

We develop leaders through the Institute through theological education, ministry residencies, coaching, and lay training. Formation happens in community, over time, with people who are invested in your growth.

Resource

We create content, gather leaders, and build tools that help pastors and ministry workers keep growing wherever they are. Good leadership starts with good inputs, and we want to be one of yours.

Partner

We come alongside churches at every stage of the journey, from brand-new plants to established congregations ready to multiply. Walking with you through honest assessment, strategic growth, and the kind of partnership that goes the distance.

Brentwood Baptist Church

Brentwood Baptist Leadership is rooted in the life of Brentwood Baptist Church, a multi-site church with nine campuses across Middle Tennessee. Since 1969, the mission of Brentwood Baptist has been to introduce people to Jesus Christ, and through every season of growth, that mission hasn't changed.

What has grown is our conviction that the local church is God's plan for reaching the world, and that Brentwood Baptist has a responsibility to invest in the health of churches beyond our own walls. Church multiplication isn't just a strategy. It's a kingdom priority. And Brentwood Baptist Leadership is how we live that out.
