Courses taken through the Nashville Equip Center can count toward a variety of credentials and degrees through Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
M.A. in Christian Ministry (Mentored)
The Master of Arts in Christian Ministry (Mentored) is designed for those serving or pursuing non-senior pastoral ministry roles in a local church or ministry organization.
What you need to know:
- At least 12 hours of the degree must be completed through EQUIP courses taken at an approved site, such as Brentwood Baptist.
- You can complete all remaining hours in the format you choose, including online.
- Admission is limited to those holding a bachelor's degree or equivalent who meet all SEBTS admission requirements.
Graduate Certificate in Christian Ministry
The Graduate Certificate is one of the most accessible and affordable entry points into graduate-level theological education.
- Four courses. $300 each.
- All 12 credits are eligible to transfer toward a master's degree.
- You'll learn alongside MA and MDiv students in the same classroom, with high-quality theological education at an accessible entry point.
Other Applicable Degrees

(no seminary enrollment required)
Audit four courses with fewer required assignments and earn a TNT Next Level Certificate from Brentwood Baptist.
